Fire Chief Kyle Seymour recalled the chaos This was an incredibly strong, quick-moving localized heavy water event that overwhelmed all of our road culverts, streams, and rivers.<br><br>The impact was far-reaching, with nearly 20 homes in Sutton cut off by a rapidly rising brook.
